Tickets:
There are various types of tickets – tickets for individual and group travel, return tickets, monthly tickets, multi-month tickets, semi-annual tickets and annual tickets. Tickets can be bought a maximum of two months in advance. Where it is not possible to buy a ticket at the terminal or station, it may be bought on board the train.
One-way tickets are valid for one day for distances of up to 200 km, and for two days for distances of more than 201 km.
Return tickets are valid for one day for distances of up to 100 km, and for 15 days for distances of more than 101 km.

Break in travel
A journey may be interrupeted once in each direction, but the interruption must be confirmed immediately at the railway station where you leave the train. The interruption of the journey does not extend the ticket’s validity. At the train station where the journey ends, a cash refund may be requested for any unused or partly unused ticket.

Storing luggage
At the stations Ljubljana, Celje, Maribor, Postojna, Divača, Koper, Nova Gorica and Sežana you can store your luggage in automatic lockers.
